　7thアルバム。90's三部作と呼ばれるものの1作目。 プロデューサーは、Brian Eno & Daniel Lanois。本作からのサウンドの変化に戸惑ったファンもいたたらしいですが、僕は『The Joshua Tree』より好きなアルバム。小林武史氏はこのアルバムからインスパイアされてミスチルを手掛けたのが聴けば解る。本作から「02. Even Better Than the Real Thing」「03. One」「07. The Fly 」「08. Mysterious Ways」がヒットしました。
